Youth Programs
On the threshold to adulthood, faced with a multitude of temptations, teens need to know that God is working in their lives, and be encouraged toward a personal relationship with God.
Classes (Sun. and Wed.)
Youth alternate having a separate youth class on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, joining adult classes, and assisting the children’s ministries.
Head to the Heart (Teen Worship, Sundays 6:30-8:00 pm)
Our high-energy, high-impact education and worship event, Head to the Heart (H2H), began in September 2004 and has already grown through youth inviting friends.
On the first and third Sundays of the month, teens gather in the sanctuary for a worship and education experience that begins with praise music and a live band, a multi-media Bible study with drama, song, game shows, and visual presentation, and ends with small group discussion and planning. On the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays youth participate in related events.

Confirmation
Lessons in H2H include material traditionally covered in confirmation classes, but in a way that is much more interesting and memorable for modern teens. Students wishing to confirm their faith must participate weekly in H2H, in Sunday worship, and in other areas of church life. They are then invited for three weeks of membership classes. Mission Trip
July 2005 youth will take a mission trip to Pleasant Hill, TN, in the heart of Appalachia. Activities will include repairs and maintenance for elderly and special needs residents.

Other fellowship and service activities are held throughout the year. Check the calendar for upcoming events.
